Who's Responsible?

Society at large

25% of working people in England are functionally illiterate.  Greater numbers struggle with general communication skills.  Given that Manage-Able™ programmes instigate and support structured self-directed learning, self-management training is also educational in nature.  This being the case there is every reason for good self-management practise, as structured within Manage-Able™ programmes, to be seen as a framework for lifelong learning within many contexts.

A meaningful example to most is the outcome of pressure parents place on their children and officials in junior soccer league games (BBC Radio 4, Today, Sat 1st Dec, 2012).  Such behaviour is recognised in large part to be the result of poor self-awareness and concomitantly unbridled expectation.
